Cleo Magwaro has reclaimed her voice as a writer after coming to Empowered Women International and she is now in a better position to take her anthology, A Season’s Assemblage to the next level. Her involvement with EWI led to her invitation to the board of the Women’s National Democratic Club, as Chair of the Oral History Project. She recognizes her literary gift and has high hopes for the future.

Empowered Women International (EWI) is now seeking entrepreneurs for it’s one-year Entrepreneur Fellowship for Women. Classes begin at the end of September at EWI sites in Alexandria, VA, Herndon, VA, and Wheaton, MD. Space is limited!

Take advantage of this great opportunity to be empowered and recognize your potential!

Participants will follow an entrepreneur training program to develop the skills and qualities needed in order to be an entrepreneur and or successfully pursue employment. Scholarships are available for those who qualify as low-income.

Develop your vision, set goals and execute, with mentorship and training along the way!
