ART SCENE – Work of deaf-blind artist featured

An exhibit in the General Assembly in Richmond showcasing artwork by Virginia residents will be featured unil March 8. Every hallway and meeting room will be filled with drawings and photographs taken or created by Virginians. Read the article here.
