Adelina Perez, Photographer and Artist Educator was One of The Jury Members for The First Spanish Poetry Festival For Children In The District Of Columbia Public Schools. Sponsored By The Office Of Bilingual Education and Organized By A Teacher and Parent Committee From Seven Of The Dc’s Bilingual Public Schools, The Festival Was The Closing And Culminating Ceremony Of A Series Of Poetry Contests Which Have Been Held At Participating Schools.
